I joined ALBA because :
I believe in the importance of diversity and equality into how our careers develop, our leadership is represented, and ultimately, our own science is produced. I feel we can all contribute to this, through leadership, whether formally in specific groups or networks, or informally in our every day life. The ALBA Network has catalysed the energy and passion required to work in these areas and more for the benefits of those working in brain sciences. Being part of Alba would allow me to learn from our community while also giving back and hopefully making it easier for the future generations of neuroscience researchers.
