During my 8-year research career in Europe, I confronted with a lot of biases as a minority. But when I came back to my country, South Korea, I felt more bias here and it needs more input from outside for diversity.

I was part of the FENS ALBA YIBRO Diversity grant and attended the ALBA events at FENS Virtual Forum 2020.
