I want to join ALBA for the following reasons:
1. I want to expand my current network of international and national neuro- scientists with whom I can exchange collaborative ideas.
2. I want to provide mentorship to science students from various nationalities as this will give me global view of education.Being an educationist, this will be helpful in making me a better and wise educator also.

I want to study neuroscience and help people by this way.

ALBA Network shows intense effort to increase knowledge of gender biases and promote best practices to counteract it. This spirit inspired me and I hope to be part of this effort!

To support members in underrepresented groups, raise awareness as well as make solutions to improve.

Working towards a more equitable academic environment to nurture diversity, and to promote creativity has become an important personal goal as an active professional member within our scientific community. This goal requires actions at many different levels, from the lab to scientific organizations to entities developing policies.
