I joined ALBA because :
As a gay woman, I know that speaking out is the best way to change things. Ultimately, that is why each year we go the streets for Pride. And though old and dusty academia has changed a lot during the last few decades, I think she still has a long way to go when talking about the inclusion of minorities, especially in Italy. I strongly believe that talking about diversity is essential and will promote change in the best most positive way. And that is why I am joining Alba.
