I joined ALBA because :
I am deeply committed to ensuring equal participation and inclusion for all members of minoritized groups in STEM. The ALBA is a community of like-minded individuals, all working towards promoting equity and diversity in the brain sciences. I joined because I feel like I can contribute to the network’s goals and also learn from colleagues involved in implementing best practices.
