I’m joining ALBA because I deeply value its mission to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in neuroscience. As someone coming from an interdisciplinary background and an underrepresented region in global science, I find ALBA’s efforts to amplify diverse voices incredibly inspiring. I’m eager to connect with a like-minded community, learn from others’ experiences, and stay informed about opportunities that can help me grow both as a researcher and as an advocate for inclusive science. I believe that being part of ALBA will not only support my personal and academic development but also empower me to contribute meaningfully to the neuroscience community.
