I joined ALBA because :
I join Alba as it wonderfully aligns with my personal and academic trajectory. My ethos pivots on proactive dialogue and community building. For instance, as a postdoc, I was active at the Yale Postdoc Association, building a community across campus. In my laboratory, we have embraced an ethos of research-led education, hosting a diverse cohort spanning undergraduates, post-baccalaureates, graduate students, and postdocs from an array of nations and backgrounds. Recognising that teamwork evolves through mutual adaptation, I'm committed to adjusting my strategies to meet the evolving needs of collaborators and trainees.
