ALBA represents a global diverse network of individual neuroscientists who are involved in research, education, communication and advocacy, and are committed to supporting and advocating for actions and policies that foster diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in brain sciences across the globe. Alba's mission of fostering cooperation with my commitment to advancing knowledge across cultural and disciplinary boundaries. The platform Alba provides not only facilitates knowledge exchange but also nurtures innovative solutions to pressing issues by integrating diverse perspectives, which I find both inspiring and essential.

Joining Alba offers an opportunity to contribute to and benefit from a vibrant community of scholars, leveraging this network to address critical challenges in fields such as sustainability, digital transformation, cultural heritage preservation, and societal resilience. I am particularly drawn to Alba's interdisciplinary approach and its potential to create impactful, long-lasting change in both academic and societal contexts.
