My motivation to join Alba stems from a profound belief in the power of interdisciplinary collaboration to address global challenges. Alba's mission of fostering cooperation with my commitment to advancing knowledge across cultural and disciplinary boundaries. The platform Alba provides not only facilitates knowledge exchange but also nurtures innovative solutions to pressing issues by integrating diverse perspectives, which I find both inspiring and essential.

Joining Alba offers an opportunity to contribute to and benefit from a vibrant community of scholars, leveraging this network to address critical challenges in fields such as sustainability, digital transformation, cultural heritage preservation, and societal resilience. I am particularly drawn to Alba's interdisciplinary approach and its potential to create impactful, long-lasting change in both academic and societal contexts.

I believe our society has the potential to improve, but we're not there yet. People still face discrimination and exclusion for not fitting into societal norms. Diversity is a treasure that must be valued. As a scientist and as a mother in science, I am joining the ALBA Network because I do believe in their mission and action.

I am responsible of gender equity in my research unit.

I find this initiative very enriching where people from different field can collaborate and learn form each other. This way I can contribute as well get connected to the domain.

To promote diversity and equity within the field of Neuroscience

I wish to participate and promote through my vision as a woman scientist, the valorization of women, ensuring parity within the scientific committees, conferences, etc. I am happy to receive and provide mentoring to the youngest.

I am interested to learn and promote how to avoid bias and discrimination and to create an inclusive work culture

My goal in joining Alba is to gain informations about the question of inclusivity in scientific research, to collaborate with new individuals, and to stay informed about events related to neuroscience research.

I am interested in becoming an active member of the community in order to increase diversity and equity in Neuroscience

I would like to learn more on the issues related to inclusion, diversity and equity, and how to address them as a future leader. I would like to give my contribution by participating and organizing initiatives.

I discovered ALBA during the FENS and want to be part of your action to help younger generations work in a safe environment.

I want to support equal chances in neuroscience and having a united platform, like ALBA, where as many people as possible are united will have a positive influence on this.
