In a context of resistance to equity efforts in science, this social, organised with the support of IBRO, offers a space to connect, reflect, and recharge.

The session will start with some updates about ALBA activities provided by Dr Francesca Cirulli (ALBA Past Chair) and Dr Bita Moghaddam (ALBA Chair-Elect).

Then through an interactive activity inspired by the ALBA Declaration on Inclusion and Equity, attendees will be able to explore evidence-based best practices for inclusivity in neuroscience while building a support network rooted in shared values. An opportunity to meet peers and strengthen our cohesion as a community over snacks and beverages.
