ALBA represents a global diverse network of individual neuroscientists who are involved in research, education, communication and advocacy, and are committed to supporting and advocating for actions and policies that foster diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in brain sciences across the globe. I joined ALBA because :
I completed my PhD in neuroscience at the Medical University of Vienna. In Pakistan, limited funds hinder my interaction with neuroscientists. I plan to join Alba to connect with global brain scientists through meetings. This will help overcome funding challenges and enhance my involvement in the field.

Since 2013 I have been running my own research lab as a group leader. Despite the extremely unfavored circumstances for research in Argentina I am fully committed to perform outstanding science.
