I am a deaf neuroscientist who has led in both the pharmaceutical industry and academia. I am an active member of our neurodiversity committee and have led the EDI sub committee in UCD College of Health and Agricultural Sciences on disability. I am passionate about helping those like me succeed at third level and in their scientific careers.
