ALBA represents a global diverse network of individual neuroscientists who are involved in research, education, communication and advocacy, and are committed to supporting and advocating for actions and policies that foster diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in brain sciences across the globe. I joined ALBA because :
I have followed for a while the ALBA network activities and have found them encouraging and useful. As a Latin American woman scientist, I have faced some trouble developing a productive and recognized career in the neurosciences field. Thus, I would thank any suggestion/activity to accomplish my professional goals.
