I joined ALBA because :
Supporting equity, diversity and inclusivity (EDI) in research training and the academy is a priority for all research organizations and labs. I am joining ALBA to support it's declaration and to learn how to implement policies that help advance EDI within the organizations I work at. By joining ALBA I also hope to meet and network with others who are like minded, with whom I can discuss & share ideas with.
